Mr. Sujit Acharya, Founding Promoter, is a social entrepreneur with a clean energy focus. He has 15 years of entrepreneurship experience in the energy sectors of Nepal, India and China. He has served as a board member of Nepal's monopoly utility - Nepal Electricity Authority for two terms. Currently, he is also the chairperson of the Energy Development Council (EDC), the apex body that represents entire energy sector of Nepal. He is also the founder and CEO of IDS Energy Pvt. Ltd., an integrated ISO 9001 certified company with 1000 MW of concessions in its portfolio. IDS are developing energy sector projects ranging from hydro-electricity, solar, electric vehicles and energy storage micro grids. He was involved in setting up the $2.5 Million Hydropower Development Fund for the first time in Nepal for Clean Energy Development Bank as its board appointed advisor. He earned the BSC in Finance degree in 2001 from Bentley University, Waltham, MA, USA and is pursuing a part time certification in Management from Harvard University. He has also developed hydropower projects in India working in the capacity of the Executive Director of SRS Hydro Power Private Limited, New Delhi, India.. He also worked as a Business Developer for DPRA Incorporated, an environmental services firm based out of Washington DC, USA.

Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, Promoter, is a serial entrepreneur and industrialist with more than 15 years of experience in Nepali market.

Canny Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Founding Promoter, is a private limited company established in 2015, to perform private equity function encompassing both venture capital and management buy-outs; hence providing both medium and long-term finance in returns for an equity stake is potentially high growth companies. In addition, CV is also interested in distressed investments with restructuring potentialities.

Mr. Ghanashyam Das Ghiraiya, Founding Promoter, is a serial entrepreneur and business person with more than 20 years of experience in Nepali market.

Mr. Atul Kucheria, Promoter, is in Intending Business (Trading, Import-Export) and Remittance Service Provider with more than 15 years of experience.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar Shrestha, Promoter, is Non-Resident Nepali (NRN) investor mostly focused on financial and energy sector with more than 15 years of experience in national and international business. He is promoter of Dordi HPP (27 MW), Director of Mistri Khola HPP (42 MW), member of NRN Committee, Member of Investment Committee of Government of Nepal; and Director of NRN Investment Ltd. He graduated in Sociology and Anthropology and Diploma Level in Civil Engineering from Tribhuwan University, Nepal. He graduated from GLOBIS University, Japan with a MBA degree.

Mr. Ramesh Sharma, Promoter, is an experienced engineer with more than 15 years of experience, serving both national and international clients in the construction and energy sector. He is Board Member and Managing Director of Sharma & Company Pvt. Ltd.; Board Member of Nepal Housing & Construction Pvt. Ltd. He completed his MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

Mr. Deepak Raj Acharya, Founding Promoter, is an experienced Electrical Engineer and former Regional Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, the monopoly government owned utility of Nepal. He has 35 years of experience in substation handling, electricity power distribution, planning overall power supply and various technical aspects from electricity generation to distribution. He has worked in different capacities and locations of the utility, ranging from the head of department, chief of projects to the regional director.

Mr. Baburam Bharadwaj Wagle, Founding Promoter, is an experienced hydro-power engineer with 35 years of experience in the hydropower sector. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Reliable Hydropower Company Pvt. Ltd. that is developing a 20 MW and a 35 MW hydropower project. He recently worked in the capacity of Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Solu Khola Hydro-electricity Project (86 MW). He was responsible for the overall technical management of the company including detail design, tendering, contract negotiation, construction supervision, testing and commissioning of the project. He has also worked as the General Manager of Upper Trisuli-1 Hydropower Project (216MW) and as the project director of Upper Khudi-A (27.8MW) Hydroelectricity project. He has already performed in the senior management of the Nepal Electricity Authority and Butwal Power Company Limited. Henceforth, he has extensive hydropower development project exposure of more than 15 different sizes of projects in Nepal. He possesses a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee, India) and a Masters in Water Resources Engineering from the Institute of Engineering (Pulchowk, Nepal).
